Packing List

What and How to Pack

We recommend packing light! While our private cabins our spacious, we are on a boat. Pack with soft luggage, such as a hand bag, backpack, or duffle bag. We cannot take hard luggage like suit cases on the boat.

For private charters to Dry Tortugas National Park, please note there is no food or drinks available for sale on the island. We will provide chef prepared meals for you!

What To Wear

Prepare clothes according to the weather and to get wet! We are on the sea after all. The boat is a barefoot environment so prepare to take them off when you arrive to the boat.

  • Sunscreen
  • Swimsuit
  • Sunglasses
  • Hat
  • Windbreaker for winter sunset tours
  • NO Shoes on the boat

Sailing Rules & Policies

To make your expedition as fun and as safe as possible, we ask that you adhere to the following “dos and donts“ while aboard any of our vessels.

Prohibited Items

  • NO Red Wine – on boats, drinks spill. Red wine mixes with salt water and becomes…PAINT! We have taken the time to paint our boats in the colors that we prefer, red isn’t one of them.
  • NO Glass – on boats, items spill and can fall off of tables in the cockpit or Galley and shatter. Since this is a “barefoot“ environment, injuries are likely. If glass is the only method of transportation, we can transfer it to a shatterproof or plastic container for you.
  • NO Shoes – You will find that barefeet give way better traction!
  • NO Hairdryers or Flat Irons – don’t worry, you already look great! Those appliances are going to blow a fuse and make Poseidon really angry.
  • NO Hard Luggage – suitcases, roller bags or any type of hard-shell luggage is prohibited. It doesn’t collapse, moves around and damages the boat interior. Soft luggage, hand luggage, and duffel bags are the way to go.

Pet Policy

NO Pets – we love our pets, too! But a yacht is not the place for our furry friends. If you’re traveling with your pets, we can help make arrangements for them to be looked after while you are on the High Seas!

If you’re lucky, you just might make some new dolphin friends!

Smoking Policy

NO Smoking – If you require nicotine during your time on board, we kindly request that you use a vape only on the aft deck. No cigarette or cigar smoking is permitted aboard our vessels.

If you’ve been dreaming about smoking a cigar on a private island, we can definitely take you there!

Scuba Diving Policy

If you would like to scuba, please bring along your certification and gear. We partner with several shops in Key West that can outfit you. Keep in mind, we are not an official scuba charter with a divemaster.
